Industrial Production

At its two production facilities at Seregno and Caravaggio, Italsilva produces a range of primary materials and semi-finished goods which, in addition to providing a secure supply for its own manufacturing installations, also satisfy the numerous requests of external customers. The high flexibility of the Italsilva's vapoization tower, along with the innovative capacity of its solphonation installation, and a wealth of experience matured in the soap-making process, allow the Group to easily adapt to the demands of customers, assisted by specific analyses and laboratory tests. The quality of its services and efficiency of its systems has made the Group a trusted partner for some of the prominent multinational corporations in the industry.

Powder Detergent Department

• High active content base formulations for detergents (e.g. N.S.D.)
  
• Intermediate bases for detergents (formulatable as per the customer's specifications and current norms and regulations in force)
  
• Various formulations for: hand and machine laundry care, and dishwashing
  
• Compact and super-compact formulations bearing a high specific weight and high content of active substances
  
• Vaporization of base materias

Soap-making Department

• Soap-making preparations in polyethylene paper bags of 20, 25 kg, or in Big Bags of 300 up to 800 kg. The formulations can be adapted to each customer's needs.
  
• Glycerine 30 BE at 98% in cisterns or 250 kg drums
  
• Glycerine 28 BE at 90% in cisterns or 250 kg drums
